One has to note that this is not possible to change emotions unless you realize that you were on the wrong side. However, if you are on the side of righteousness, anger and resentment can only be managed. This is very important to move forward and go ahead in your life, and at the same time, forgetting not to resort the problem rather than live with the problem.
· Reviewing the commitment and keeping track of how both the individuals involved are in the anger management classes doing with the plan designed for them on a case-by-case basis.
